Your content

Content you create in our products - budgets, readings, notes, preferences - belongs to you. Offline products store it only on your device. Where a product stores data for you, you can export or delete it, and we will honour deletion requests sent to the contact below.

Our products are provided as is

We work hard to make our products useful and reliable, but they are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and they are not a substitute for professional financial or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The OK Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the products, including lost data on your device. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned, which is typically zero.

Intellectual property

The OK Company owns its brands, software, and website content. News and other third-party material shown in our products belongs to its respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
